“After submitting my initial application, I was contacted by a very friendly and helpful sales representative called Kelly. The service he provided was quick and effecient, infact only 2days following my initial application I was driving away from the showroom with a fantastic 2009 plate car!! I fully understood everything the finance package entailed and he was particulary helpful when advising myself on the available cars and tailormade finance packages available, meaning I wouldnt get myserlf in trouble payingout on a car I couldnt afford. The excellent service and advice received from Kelly and the team at ACF Car Finance meant I chose a great car (A lot newer than I imagined I could afford) with a monthly repayment plan that was more than affordable from myself and financial situation.I would fully recommend Kelly and ACF Finance to anyonelooking to buy a new car.”

“After being turned down by other finance companies. I was contacted by ACF. They made the experience of buying a very much needed car, a very easy experience. They contacted me by phone, on several occassions before my appt. They made sure that all finance was in place before I arrived at the showroom, so there was no hanging around no waiting and no embarrassment of being turned down infront of other people. After my last experience of waititng for 3 hours in another showroom only to be told infront of other people that the application was not successful, made me quite apprehensive of trying again. ACF have made me feel human again. They have made me feel like I am not a leper of the finance world. My sister who drove me to my appt was so impressed with the service, that she is now going to part exchange her car with ACF. Believe me my sister is not that easily impressed!!!!!!! All I can say is ACF thank you for making me feel that I am not a lost cause, and that I am just as good as everyone else. “I found the ACF website just by chance, and after I had rung and spoke to there staff. I later had a phonecall from Steve Everade who explained all about the company, the car's and what I will require. The following day I then spoke to Tai who again came across very professional and explained the paperwork which was needed. We then confirmed the time and date for which I had to come down. I met Tai and he went through the whole procedure with me, and then finalised payments and which car I could go for. But being tall none of the budget car's really suited me for legroom. And then I saw the Golf, I already knew how it drove and immediatly decided that this was the car for me. Ive since taken it off there hands. So overall im pleased with the way they came across and the qaulity of the car's offered.”
