Fantastic service from start to finish. We spotted a car that had just come into the branch, had a look round it decided it was for us, filled in paperwork then popped of to do our shopping. Got back towards close of play to pick up car (fantastic valeting job done as was unprepped when we saw it), discovered problem with changing vehicle on my insurance and had to try and source new. Staff waited for us to do this as we had handed our car over but couldn\'t drive away new one. Finally got sorted and our rep got away an hour after ACF closed. ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES, ACF Car Finance are professional, understanding and courteous from initial contact though sales and on to aftercare. Why can\'t all firms be this good??

On arrival at the ACF Car Finance Bristol dealership I was greeted by Neil,who was very pleasant in nature and very easy to communicate with. On being shown around the sales room I chose a selection of cars that I was interested in and Neil went through all of the finance options available, this made my experience very welcoming and easy to understand. Steve and Antoni were my sales assistats.They were extremely professional in the sale. In addition, I would also comment that they were extremely helpful and assisted with my never ending questions. When I first arrived the show room was very busy, however; throughout this busy period they managed to see to my needs and those of other customers to an exceptionally high standard. All in all, this has been a professional service which I would fully recommend using again. I would also comment that the sales chaps are more than capable of dealing with the questions which a new buyer will undoubtedly have. All round this was a good service and the two individuals are represent the company well.

I was told about them by family and was very happy with the service provided a larger range of cars to suit my needs would have been better but I did find one that I liked either install a tea machine or offer as we sit down its more friendly overall good experience though.
