Trio steer ACF Car Finance to record-breaking results

Staff at the Chester-based head office of ACF Car Finance Limited, are motoring ahead after receiving promotions for their work in helping the leading sub-prime car dealer achieve record-breaking results.

Hardworking trio, Richard Cox, Jane Whittle and Laura Edwards are all celebrating promotions following their commitment to drive results for ACF Car Finance who specialise in helping customers to secure a car on finance.

The company employs over 125 people throughout its network of eight used car sales dealerships and has recently reported its busiest day ever in loan applications to date.

Richard Cox, Divisional Manager of Motor Operations and Customer Services, has secured promotion to Head of Motor Operations after championing a number of successful business initiatives, managing the motor loan operations centre in Chester and spearheading an internal marketing communications campaign and training to staff on the FSA principle of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

Jane Whittle has also proven her flair for marketing after securing promotion to Marketing Manager at just 24-years of age. Jane is responsible for all of the traditional marketing, internet, PR and internal communications. Her ongoing commitment has also led to her covering the same duties temporarily for the other group companies including The Funding Corporation Limited, Red2Black Collections Limited and I.M. Financial Services Limited.

Record-breaking success is also in a day's work for Laura Edwards after driving the ACF Car Finance's Call Centre Team to achieve its highest ever number of applications. Laura recently secured promotion from Team Leader to Team Manager following a number of successful results, including working endlessly to improve quality standards within the ACF Car Finance Call Centre.

ACF Car Finance is privately owned and accordingly is able to deliver a rapid response to changes in market conditions and continues to help hundreds of customers every month who have been unable to secure a car or car finance elsewhere.
