ACF Car Finance System Upgrade

ACF Car Finance Limited has announced the completion - under budget and a week ahead of schedule - of an ambitious upgrade to its business management software.

The company, which specialises in providing quality used cars and arranging specialist car finance for 100s of customers every month, has upgraded from Kalamazoo-Reynolds' PC-Attach, to the new and improved Windows-based POWER software.

ACF Car Finance Training Support Manager, Henry Stimpson commented: "The project has delivered some significant cost and efficiency benefits, and superb management reporting across the business' eight-dealership network.

"For example, we can now run multiple deals much more effectively. What's more, POWER is a much more intuitive system so that training new users will be a great deal quicker and easier as we expand the business.

"The system provides a more in-depth analysis of individual cost centres which enables us to further improve efficiencies whilst investing strategically for future development.

"Upgrading a system that is so integral to our business operations was always going to present us with a few challenges but the team at Kalamazoo-Reynolds working alongside our own IT Department performed magnificently to achieve this result."
