ACF Car Finance Invests In New Call Centre Technology

ACF Car Finance Limited is investing further in the service it offers to its customers after installing advanced call recording technology at its customer Call Centre.

The company, which specialises in providing quality used cars and arranging finance for thousands of satisfied customers each year, has installed the new Verint Audio Log Voip Recorder software at its Chester-based Call Centre to help further enhance and support the customer experience.

The new technology is being installed by Business Systems UK, the UK's largest independent provider of market leading call recording solutions and professional services, who will be maintaining the software and providing onsite training to staff. An established industry leader in call recording solutions, Verint provides a rich source of data for capturing, storing and indexing Call Centre interactions, helping Call Centre staff to provide a better service to customers.

ACF Car Finance currently employs over 125 people throughout its network of used car dealerships and recently reported its busiest day ever in loan applications to date at its Chester-based customer Call Centre. The centre received the highest number of car finance applications ever, processing 350 applications in just one day.
