Adaptable ACF Car Finance Limited has underlined its dedication to responsible business practice by implementing an extensive company rebrand.

With its head office based in Chester, the privately owned UK company recently underwent a massive brand evaluation, resulting in the decision to change the company name from Approved Car Finance Limited to ACF Car Finance Limited.

Norman Beaumont, ACF Car Finance Sales and Marketing Director, reports: "The Financial Services Authorities' (FSA) ‘Treating Customers Fairly' (TCF) principles are directly behind this decision and remain at the core of all of our day-to-day business activities.

"Our customers can be confident of fair treatment, right through from promotion to Aftersales service."

The company, which specialises in providing quality used cars and arranging specialist car finance for 100s of customers every month, has fully adopted the FSA's TCF principles. Just last week, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) acknowledged its confidence in ACF Car Finance by granting a Consumer Credit License (CCL) for an indefinite period.

Beaumont added: "We made the decision to rebrand in a bid to eliminate any danger of potential customers misinterpreting the business proposition.
